Cinnamon Biscuit on a Stick

We love to go to the mountains for picnics, s'more roasts and camping.  One day I was tired of the same old stuff so we decided to do something different for dessert.  This was so easy and a huge hit.  The kids loved it and it would even work for breakfast.

1 package refrigerated biscuits
Butter
Sugar
Cinnamon
Sticks

1.  Make sure you have a fire good for roasting, lots of coals and little flames.  Find a nice long stick and clean it up.  Open your biscuits and one at a time, stretch it so it's skinny and long.  Wrap tightly around the stick, making sure to not overlap the biscuit dough at all.  Cook in fire (this part is a little tricky, you want to cook it quickly so the dough doesn't expand and fall off but not too quick because then the inside won't be done).  As soon as it is cooked, spread butter all over and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.  Enjoy!
